We take pride in offering parts that are manufactured to meet OEM standards and are thoroughly tested for fit and performance. Every product is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure you receive the best possible quality.


No Returns or Refunds

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any product once delivered, except in the following cases:

  • The item is received in damaged condition, or
  • You receive an incorrect item due to an error on our part.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there is any issue, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at sales@partsklik.com with:

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • Your order details


Compatibility Disclaimer

We strongly recommend verifying vehicle compatibility before placing an order. If you're unsure whether a part fits your car, our support team is available to assist you prior to purchase. Returns due to incorrect selection or compatibility issues will not be accepted.


Eligibility for Replacement / Refund

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging
  • You provide proof of purchase and clear photos/videos showing the issue

Once your claim is assessed and approved, we will:

  • Arrange a replacement, or
  • Initiate a refund to your original payment method (within 10 business days of approval)


Important Notes

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.
  • No exceptions will be made for:
    • Buyer’s remorse
    • Compatibility misjudgment
    • Damage caused during installation
